A very good 19th century weather station. The oak case with an architectural pediment and gilt metal corinthian columns very much in the Grand Tour taste. The case is mounted with an 8 day antique clock barometer and thermometer all in working order with original double sided key. 16" wide x 9" tall x 3.5" deep. Very impressive desk piece..

A French brass cased four glass mantel clock. Retailed by Tiffany & Co. as signed to the dial. Bevelled glass panels with opening front and rear doors. An enamel dial with lovely floral chased design around the numerals with blued steel hands. A mercury compensating pendulum. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a gong by Japay Freres. Circa 1910.Height 9 1/2'' / 24 cms Width 6 '' / 15 cms Depth 5 '' / 13 cms..
